Arca South Projects

The newest central business and lifestyle district south of Metro Manila

Arca South is a 74-hectare master-planned, mixed-use development strategically located along the East Service Road of the South Luzon Expressway and is easily accessible via C-5. It is a mixed-use commercial development with retail, commercial, office, institutional, residential developments and other uses.

The development will be beside the much-anticipated modern Integrated Transport System (ITS) planned by the Department of Transportation and Communication. The ITS will serve as a central station for all provincial buses carrying passengers to and from Laguna, Batangas, Quezon and the Bicol Region. The ITS is also beside a PNR rail station which can link passengers to other areas of Metro Manila, and the rest of Luzon.

Accessibility remains a key advantage of Arca South as the government also plans to create a direct link from the Metro Manila Skyway, which will also extend to the C-5 and C-6 highways. With the Skyway connection, it will make Arca South more accessible to the international airport, the Makati Central Business District and Bonifacio Global City.

Championing synchronicity, Ayala Land puts you at the core of a visionary destination attuned with contemporary lifestyles. Accessibility remains the key advantage of ARCA South through the government’s infrastructure program of creating a direct link from the Skyway. Through the extension of the C5 and C6 highways, the district will only be a few minutes away from NAIA, Makati City, and Bonifacio Global City.

Comfort and Value at Seda Arca South
Like other properties under the Seda Hotel brand, Seda Arca South will “fuse contemporary design with the local vibe to create an inviting place where relaxation, play and work can mix.” The 265-room Seda Arca South aims to be the preferred destination of discerning and savvy travelers doing business in Arca South.

Like the office spaces, the hotel development will also be built on top of an Ayala mall so that shopping will be convenient for hotel guests.

Easy Access to “The Gateway of the South”
The 74-hectare enclave is strategically located along the East Service Road of the South Luzon Expressway in the area which was once part of the FTI-Complex. Arca South is just approximately 7 kilometers from the Makati Central Business District, 5 kilometers from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and Bonifacio Global City. Access to Arca South should become even easier as development progresses. In the pipeline is the government’s Skyway and C5/C6 Connector Road Project that links the district to the rest of Metro Manila, making Arca South one exit away from Makati. Similarly, the completion of the much-anticipated NLEX-SLEX connection project, will bring the development closer to even the key cities outside of Metro Manila.
